I have not received my confirmation email

I have not received my confirmation email yet, and it's been a good 10 or 15 minutes!  What now?

Please check your spam folder first.  If its not there, and you are using iCloud, your email may be over quota.  Please see  this article for how to check if this is the actual problem.  

The next thing to do now is to go to our support page and create a support request.  In the message describing the problem, please include a second email address (if you have one) that we can use to reach you just in case there is a problem with your main account.
